 Bruce
Stidham started selling Corvettes in 1962 when he worked at Jackson
Motors just outside of Pottsville. Jackson Motors specialized in selling
used Chevrolets and was the place to go to buy a clean low mileage
Chevrolet. Bruce became a part owner of that company in 1975.
In 1989 Bruce opened Bruce's Auto Mall an all indoor used car dealership
in Pottsville. In 1991 Edward Hurst came to work full time for the
dealership. Spring of 1994 the dealership moved to it current location
on Route 61 in the town of Schuylkill Haven. The dealership specialized
in selling used Corvettes. We usually have 20 plus Corvettes
in stock at most times. Our inventory is a good mix of 1968 and
newer Corvettes.
We added a 10 car indoor showroom and a 5 car storage garage across
the street one block from our main lot on the left side of the street.
These buildings are for the older Corvettes and sold cars waiting
delivery. Also during the winter we keep as many cars as we can
inside out of the weather.
